"In 2010 I started monthly Mindfulness Coaching with Charlotte after experiencing post-traumatic stress and grief following surgery. I then also joined Charlotte’s Mindfulness Course with a group of ladies and have continued monthly coaching sessions since. In that group of amazing women I found out “I am not the only one” that experiences many of the feelings we all can struggle with and the environment gave me a sense of support from my fellow human beings.
